This report typically includes:

• Service Summary:Time, location, service engineer, service type.

• Work Content:Specific inspections conducted, components repaired or replaced, parameters adjusted, etc.

• Issues Found:Fault phenomena, cause analysis.

• Resolution Results:Solutions implemented, verification data (such as temperature curve comparisons before and after repair).
