• Engineers Sent On-Site:Yes, we always dispatch experienced engineers for on-site installation guidance and commissioning. This is part of our standard service, ensuring the equipment is initially started and optimized by those who know it best.

• All Costs Included:The labor fees for installation and commissioning, as well as our engineers' travel and accommodation allowances, arealready included in the total contract price. You do not need to pay any additional fees.

• 

II. Clear Commissioning Cycle

• Standard Cycle:For standard model equipment, with完备 on-site conditions, the installation and commissioning cycle is typically around1 week. This includes unpacking inspection, equipment positioning, connecting pipelines and circuits, system inspection, no-load testing, heating and baking, process parameter settings, and operator training.

• Large Projects:For large or complex complete production lines, the commissioning cycle may extend to 1 month, which will be clearly stated in the project implementation plan in advance.

III. Service Content

Our engineers will be responsible for: installation guidance of the equipment body and systems, comprehensive inspection, power-on testing, heating and baking (crucial), process parameter setting, final acceptance testing, and on-site operation and maintenance training.
