Multi-segment Process Programs: Free Arrangement of Complex Temperature"&" Curves
As anyone involved in materials research knows, the processing of many novel carbon materials cannot be achieved simply by a linear heating process. Step heating, plateau holding, pulse heating, cyclic annealing… various complex temperatu"&"re regimes require equipment to execute precisely.
Our control system supports free arrangement of multi-segment process programs. Theoretically, the equipment can execute any temperature curve you can draw.
Free Programming Function
A process program can be set with up to N process segments (the exact number depends on the controller model, usually dozens to hundreds of segments), and each process segment can be set "&"independently:
- Target Temperature: The temperature to be reached at the end of this segment
- Heating/Cooling Rate: The speed at which the target temperature is reached
- Holding Time"&": The time to hold the target temperature after it is reached
- Atmosphere Control: The gas type, flow rate, and pressure of this segment
Cycle Function
Supports "&"Nested Loops—A process segment can be set to be executed N times in a loop.
For example, the sequence ""heat to 1000℃ → hold for 1 hour → cool to 500℃"" is repeated 5 times to achieve multiple cycles of heat treatment. The number of cycles an"&"d cycle conditions can be programmable. **Conditional Jump** **Supports multiple jump trigger conditions:** **Time Trigger:** Automatically enters the next segment after the set time is reached. **Temperature Trigger:** Automatically enters the next"&" segment after the target temperature is reached. **Event Trigger:** Jumps after detecting an alarm or signal. **Value:** The ability to freely arrange multiple process programs transforms the graphitization furnace from a ""standardized device"" into "&"a ""universal testing platform."" The possibilities for materials research and development have been greatly expanded.")
