I. Mandatory Pre-Shipment Inspection Process

• FAT Provided:Yes, we provide and implement strict Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for every piece of equipment before shipment. This is our mandatory quality control环节 to ensure issues are resolved at the factory, avoiding greater rectification costs and time delays at the site.

• 

II. Open Customer Participation

• Participation Welcome:We warmly welcome and encourage customers to send representatives to our factory to personally participate in the equipment FAT. You can directly witness the equipment's operating performance and conduct on-site confirmation of concerns. We will issue a formalFactory Acceptance Test Outlineto you in advance.

III. Transparent Acceptance Standards

Acceptance will be strictly conducted according to the terms of theTechnical Agreementattached to the contract, mainly including:

• Appearance and Dimensional Inspection:Verify equipment dimensions and structure conform to drawings.

• No-Load Testing:Check whether mechanisms (such as furnace doors, valves) operate normally.

• Pressure and Sealing Testing:Conduct pressure tests to verify furnace pressure rise rate meets standards.

• Water and Power Testing:Check water circuits, electrical circuits, and control system functionality.

• Temperature Rise Testing:Conduct low-power heating to verify functionality of temperature measurement system, heating system, and program control.

All test results will be recorded in theFactory Inspection Report, signed and confirmed by both parties.
