I. Core Utility Interfaces

Power Interface:According to contract requirements, cables for the specified power supply (such as 380V/50Hz, 3-phase 5-wire system) need to be laid near the incoming terminals of the equipment control cabinet, with sufficient length预留. An air switch or isolation switch with matching capacity needs to be installed.

Cooling Water Interface:Prepare a clean cooling water source (softened water recommended) and drainage outlet. Water supply pressure, flow rate, and temperature must meet technical agreement requirements. Typically, inlet and outlet water pipes, as well as an emergency tap water接口, need to be prepared.

Protective Gas Interface:Connect high-purity nitrogen/argon gas supply pipelines near the equipment, equipped with pressure reducing valves and stop valves. The outlet pressure must meet equipment requirements.

II. Infrastructure and Lifting Equipment

Equipment Foundation:Construct according to the foundation drawings we provide, ensuring the concrete base is level, sturdy, and has sufficient load-bearing capacity, with预留 anchor bolt holes or embedded plates.

Lifting Equipment:The workshop needs to be equipped with an overhead crane or gantry crane with a rated lifting capacity greater than the heaviest single component (usually the furnace body). The hook height must meet the requirements for equipment hoisting and positioning.

Operating Space:Sufficient operation and maintenance space needs to be reserved around the equipment to facilitate installation and future repairs.
