Our workshop supports the fabrication, assembly and testing of vacuum, inert-atmosphere and other high-temperature furnace systems. The production process is organized around project-specific equipment rather than standard mass-produced machines.
Before manufacturing begins, the furnace configuration is developed according to the customer's material, operating temperature, atmosphere, chamber size, loading method and production target.
Furnace shells, chambers, frames, piping and supporting assemblies are fabricated and integrated according to approved project drawings. Key interfaces are checked throughout assembly to reduce commissioning problems later.
Control cabinets, instruments, sensors and operating interfaces are assembled and connected for stable furnace operation. Control functions can be configured according to the process and automation requirements of each project.
Before shipment, the assembled equipment undergoes project-appropriate checks covering mechanical operation, electrical functions, instruments, control logic and supporting systems.
After inspection and acceptance, equipment is cleaned, protected and prepared for transportation. Technical documents and installation information are organized according to the project scope.
